Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LRRC3B (leucine-rich repeat-containing protein 3B) is a protein that belongs to a family of leucine-rich repeat proteins, which are known for their role in protein-protein interactions and involvement in various biological processes, including cell signaling, development, and immune responses. Research on LRRC3B has garnered interest due to its potential implications in cancer biology, as it has been found to be involved in the modulation of tumorigenic pathways. Specifically, studies have suggested that LRRC3B may play a role in regulating the epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT), a critical process in cancer metastasis. Additionally, the protein's expression patterns have been linked to different cancer types, indicating its potential as a biomarker for prognosis or therapeutic targets. The generation of recombinant LRRC3B protein is crucial for elucidating its structure-function relationships, as well as for studying its interactions with other molecular partners. Recombinant proteins enable detailed biochemical assays, structural biology studies, and functional analyses to uncover the underlying mechanisms of LRRC3B in cellular processes. Thus, investigating LRRC3B through recombinant protein technologies is essential for advancing our understanding of its biological roles and therapeutic potential in cancer and other diseases.
