Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Nkx3-2 is a member of the Nkx family of homeobox transcription factors, playing a critical role in the development and function of various tissues, particularly in the central nervous system and the development of the pituitary gland. Research into Nkx3-2 has gained momentum due to its implications in developmental biology and potential links to various diseases, including neurodevelopmental disorders and cancers. Understanding the biochemical properties and functional mechanisms of Nkx3-2 is essential for unraveling its role in cellular processes such as differentiation, proliferation, and apoptosis. The production of recombinant Nkx3-2 proteins enables researchers to investigate its structure-function relationships and interactions with other molecular pathways. This research can also pave the way for developing targeted therapeutic strategies that harness the regulatory functions of Nkx3-2, thereby advancing our understanding of developmental processes and potential interventions for related pathologies. As the field of protein engineering and functional studies progresses, the exploration of Nkx3-2 and its recombinant forms is poised to contribute significantly to both basic science and clinical applications.
