Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NKX2-1, also known as Thyroid transcription factor-1 (TTF-1), plays a critical role in the development and function of the thyroid gland, lung, and brain. Research on NKX2-1 has gained momentum due to its implications in various diseases, including thyroid disorders, lung diseases, and certain types of cancer, such as non-small cell lung carcinoma. Mutations or dysregulation of NKX2-1 have been linked to severe genetic disorders, emphasizing the need for a deeper understanding of its biological functions. The production of recombinant NKX2-1 protein allows researchers to study its structure, function, and interactions at a molecular level. By using techniques such as protein purification and functional assays, scientists can investigate how NKX2-1 influences gene expression and cellular processes. Additionally, understanding the precise mechanisms through which NKX2-1 operates can aid in the development of targeted therapies for related diseases. As such, NKX2-1 recombinant protein research is essential for elucidating the complex pathways that govern organ development and maintaining homeostasis, providing potential insights into therapeutic options for associated conditions.
