稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NKTR recombinant protein research centers on the development of innovative therapeutic agents designed to enhance the efficacy and specificity of treatments for various diseases, particularly cancer and autoimmune disorders. NKTR (Nektar Therapeutics) has pioneered the use of novel polymer-based drug conjugates that can effectively transform existing therapeutics into more potent and targeted therapies. The rationale behind this approach lies in the limitations of conventional drugs, which often exhibit poor solubility, rapid metabolism, and systemic toxicity. By engineering recombinant proteins that conjugate therapeutic agents with biodegradable polymers, NKTR aims to improve drug delivery, increase the half-life of therapeutic compounds, and minimize side effects. Research in this area also explores the potential for combination therapies, leveraging the synergistic effects of various agents to overcome resistance mechanisms in tumors. Current studies focus on optimizing the design and production of these recombinant proteins, assessing their pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and safety profiles in preclinical models. The overall goal is to facilitate the transition of these advanced therapeutic platforms into clinical applications, thus offering new hope for patients suffering from challenging diseases. Through ongoing research and development, NKTR is positioned at the forefront of biotechnology, aiming to redefine treatment paradigms and improve outcomes for diverse patient populations.
