稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Nkx2-2, a member of the NK-2 family of homeodomain transcription factors, plays a crucial role in the development and differentiation of various tissues, particularly in the central nervous system and the respiratory system. It is essential for proper lung development, influencing the formation of surfactant-producing cells and airway epithelium. Dysregulation of Nkx2-2 has been implicated in various diseases, including congenital lung malformations and certain types of lung cancer. Given its significant role in organogenesis and cellular differentiation, Nkx2-2 has become a focus of research aimed at understanding stem cell biology and tissue regeneration. By expressing and characterizing Nkx2-2 recombinant protein, researchers aim to elucidate its functional mechanisms, regulatory pathways, and interactions with other proteins. This research is expected to provide insights into therapeutic strategies for lung-related disorders, as well as a better understanding of the transcriptional networks governing embryonic development and adult tissue homeostasis. The potential application of Nkx2-2 in regenerative medicine makes it a promising target for further exploration in developmental biology and clinical applications.
