Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
WBP1, or WBP1 (WW domain binding protein 1), is a protein that has garnered attention due to its role in various cellular processes, particularly in relation to cancer biology and cellular signaling pathways. Research has indicated that WBP1 interacts with proteins containing WW domains, which are critical for mediating protein-protein interactions involved in signaling cascades. Alterations in WBP1 expression levels have been linked to tumor progression and metastasis, suggesting its potential as a biomarker for cancer diagnosis and prognosis. Additionally, WBP1 has been implicated in the regulation of cell proliferation, migration, and apoptosis, highlighting its importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis. The recombinant production of WBP1 protein facilitates the detailed study of its structural and functional properties, allowing researchers to elucidate its precise role in oncogenic processes. Through techniques such as X-ray crystallography and various biochemical assays, significant insights into the interactions of WBP1 with other cellular molecules have been gained, underscoring its role in key biological pathways. Overall, the investigation of WBP1 reconstituted protein is pivotal for understanding its contributions to cancer biology and for exploring its potential as a therapeutic target in oncology.
