Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
VSTM2A, or the V-set and transmembrane domain-containing protein 2A, is a protein that has garnered interest in the fields of immunology and cellular biology due to its potential roles in immune responses and cellular signaling pathways. Originally identified in studies related to the immune system, VSTM2A is thought to interact with various cell types and influence important processes such as lymphocyte activation and differentiation. Its structure, characterized by a V-set domain and a single transmembrane domain, suggests possible involvement in receptor-ligand interactions. Research has increasingly focused on the expression patterns of VSTM2A in different tissues and its potential implications in autoimmune disorders, cancer, and other diseases. Understanding the functionality of VSTM2A through recombinant protein studies could provide insights into its mechanism of action and therapeutic potential. By producing and analyzing VSTM2A as a recombinant protein, researchers aim to elucidate its biological roles and explore its application in modulating immune responses, ultimately contributing to the development of novel treatment strategies for immune-related conditions.
