Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin-3 (IL-3) is a cytokine that plays a crucial role in hematopoiesis, the process of forming blood cellular components. It is produced by activated T cells and is essential for the growth and differentiation of various hematopoietic lineages, including myeloid, erythroid, and megakaryocytic cells. Research into IL-3 has gained significant attention due to its potential implications in various clinical settings, such as hematological disorders and immunotherapy. Recombinant IL-3 (rIL-3) has been developed for therapeutic applications, aiming to enhance hematopoietic recovery following chemotherapy or bone marrow transplant. Studies have shown that rIL-3 can stimulate the proliferation of progenitor cells, leading to improved blood cell counts. Furthermore, it has been explored in combination therapies to increase the efficacy of certain cancer treatments. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying IL-3 signaling pathways is vital for harnessing its full therapeutic potential. Additionally, IL-3's role in the immune response makes it a candidate for investigating immune-related diseases, where modulation of IL-3 levels could influence disease outcomes. Overall, continued research on IL-3 and its recombinant form offers promising avenues for novel treatments in oncology and immunology, highlighting its significance in both basic and applied biomedical research.
