稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KDR, or Kinase Insert Domain Receptor, is a receptor tyrosine kinase that plays a pivotal role in the signaling pathways of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), which is crucial for angiogenesis, the formation of new blood vessels. The KDR receptor is predominantly expressed in endothelial cells and is involved in various physiological processes, including embryonic development, wound healing, and the maintenance of vascular homeostasis. Dysregulation of KDR signaling is implicated in several pathological conditions, including cancer, where tumor progression often relies on angiogenesis for growth and metastasis. Consequently, KDR has become a significant target for therapeutic interventions, especially in the development of anti-angiogenic drugs aimed at inhibiting tumor growth. The study of KDR and its associated pathways has led to the exploration of recombinant proteins, which can be utilized both as research tools in elucidating KDR functions and as potential therapeutic agents. By engineering KDR recombinant proteins, researchers aim to better understand receptor-ligand interactions, discover novel inhibitors, and analyze the associated signaling cascades. Such studies are essential for advancing cancer therapy and other diseases linked to aberrant angiogenesis, ultimately contributing to the development of more effective treatment strategies.
