Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IFNA6 (Interferon Alpha 6) is a member of the interferon family of proteins, which play a crucial role in the immune response against viral infections and regulate various cellular functions. The IFNA6 gene is located on chromosome 9 and encodes a protein that exhibits potent antiviral activity by activating signaling pathways essential for the expression of interferon-stimulated genes. Research on IFNA6 has gained significant interest due to its potential therapeutic applications in antiviral therapies, particularly in combating viral diseases such as hepatitis and certain types of cancer. Recombinant IFNA6 protein has been studied for its efficacy in enhancing the immune response, providing insights into its biological functions and mechanisms of action. Advances in recombinant DNA technology have enabled the production of IFNA6 in various expression systems, facilitating detailed investigations into its biochemical properties and therapeutic potential. Furthermore, understanding the structural and functional characteristics of IFNA6 can lead to the development of novel treatments that harness its antiviral capabilities, offering promising avenues for clinical intervention in infectious diseases and immune-related disorders. As the scientific community continues to explore the multifaceted roles of interferons, the study of IFNA6 stands out as a vital component in the ongoing efforts to develop effective immunotherapies and enhance our understanding of immune regulation.
