Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PDCD10, or Programmed Cell Death Protein 10, is a crucial regulator of cell death and survival, particularly in relation to various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Research has indicated that mutations and dysregulation of PDCD10 can contribute to tumorigenesis and the progression of several pathologies. The understanding of PDCD10's functional mechanisms has led to an increased focus on its potential as a therapeutic target. The recombinant PDCD10 protein is a valuable tool for studying its biological roles, interactions, and pathways involved in apoptosis and stress response mechanisms. By producing PDCD10 in recombinant systems, scientists can explore its structural properties and assess how modifications may affect its function and interactions with other cellular proteins. This research is crucial for elucidating the pathways that PDCD10 regulates and for identifying novel therapeutic strategies that could modulate its activity to promote cell survival or induce apoptosis in pathological conditions. The ongoing studies around PDCD10 recombinant protein contribute significantly to the development of targeted therapies and improve our understanding of molecular mechanisms underlying various diseases.
