稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HLA-G is a type of non-classical major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecule that plays a crucial role in immune regulation, particularly during pregnancy and in various pathological conditions such as tumors and autoimmune diseases. Unlike classical MHC class I molecules that present antigens to cytotoxic T cells, HLA-G exhibits unique immunomodulatory properties, including the ability to inhibit natural killer (NK) cell activity and modulate T cell responses, thereby contributing to fetal tolerance. Due to its selective expression in trophoblasts and certain tumors, HLA-G has garnered attention as a potential biomarker for various diseases and a target for therapeutic intervention. Research focuses on the production of recombinant HLA-G proteins to elucidate their functional roles and mechanisms of action in immune response modulation. The availability of high-purity recombinant HLA-G proteins allows for detailed investigations into their interactions with ligands, receptors, and signaling pathways, which may pave the way for novel therapeutic approaches in immunotherapy and transplantation. Understanding HLA-G’s structure-function relationship can provide insights into its complex biological roles and guide the development of strategies aimed at manipulating immune responses in clinical settings.
