稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SPOCK1, also known as testican-1, is a member of the Spermatogenesis and Oligosaccharide-binding C-type lectin family, which plays a crucial role in various biological processes including cellular adhesion, neuronal development, and extracellular matrix organization. Research has shown that SPOCK1 is involved in several pathological conditions, including cancer progression and metastasis, making it a significant target for therapeutic intervention. Increased expression of SPOCK1 has been associated with tumorigenesis in various malignancies, highlighting its potential as a biomarker for cancer diagnosis and prognosis. The protein's role in modulating cell adhesion and signal transduction pathways further underscores its importance in tumor microenvironments. Consequently, the production of recombinant SPOCK1 protein is essential for elucidating its structural and functional properties, enabling researchers to investigate its interactions with other molecular players and to explore its mechanisms of action in both normal physiology and disease contexts. By generating a purified form of SPOCK1, scientists aim to facilitate high-throughput screening for novel inhibitors or modulators that could attenuate its oncogenic effects, thereby opening new avenues for cancer treatment strategies.
