稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PRKRIP1 (Protein Kinase Regulated Immunity Protein 1) is a significant protein involved in the immune response and stress signaling pathways. Research has shown that PRKRIP1 plays a crucial role in regulating various cellular processes, including apoptosis and inflammatory responses, by interacting with key signaling molecules such as protein kinases. The recombinant expression of PRKRIP1 allows scientists to study its structure and function in detail, providing insights into its role in immune regulation and potential implications in diseases such as cancer and autoimmune disorders. Given the increasing interest in targeted therapies, understanding the functional properties of PRKRIP1 could open new avenues for therapeutic interventions. Furthermore, the exploration of PRKRIP1 as a biomarker for specific immune responses has gained traction, underscoring its potential utility in clinical applications. Consequently, the production of recombinant PRKRIP1 has become a focal point in biochemistry and molecular biology research, as it enables researchers to elucidate the mechanisms by which PRKRIP1 modulates immune functions and contributes to disease pathology. As studies continue, the implications of PRKRIP1 extend beyond basic science, aiming to enhance our understanding of immune regulation and pave the way for innovative therapeutic strategies that leverage this protein's unique properties.
