稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ANTXR1 (Anthrax Toxin Receptor 1) is a significant protein involved in the cellular uptake of anthrax toxins, specifically the protective antigen component. As a receptor for the Bacillus anthracis toxin, ANTXR1 plays a crucial role in the pathogenesis of anthrax and represents a potential target for therapeutics and vaccines. Its expression is primarily found in endothelial cells, and it mediates the endocytosis of anthrax protective antigen, facilitating the delivery of the lethal factors into host cells. Research on ANTXR1 has expanded beyond anthrax, as it is also implicated in various cellular processes, including the regulation of cell proliferation and migration, making it of interest in cancer research. Understanding ANTXR1's structure, function, and interaction with other cellular components can provide valuable insights into its role in both anthrax toxin entry and other physiological processes. Consequently, the recombinant production of ANTXR1 protein allows for extensive studies on its biophysics, interactions with toxins, and potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target, highlighting its importance in both infectious disease research and cancer biology.
