稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PRIM2A, or Primase polyprotein 2A, plays a crucial role in the process of DNA replication and repair, particularly in the context of the eukaryotic cellular machinery. This protein is essential for synthesizing short RNA primers, which are necessary for DNA polymerase to initiate the synthesis of new DNA strands. Given the significance of efficient DNA replication in maintaining genomic stability, studying PRIM2A has garnered attention in molecular biology and biotechnology. Mutations or dysregulation in primase activities can lead to severe consequences, including genomic instability and cancer. Research on PRIM2A recombinant proteins aims to elucidate its structure, function, and interaction with other replication factors, which can offer insights into the mechanisms of DNA replication and the potential development of therapeutics targeting DNA replication in cancer cells. Furthermore, understanding PRIM2A's interactions and regulatory mechanisms can facilitate advancements in gene editing technologies and improve biotechnological applications. As such, the investigation of PRIM2A not only enhances our fundamental understanding of molecular biology but also holds promise for clinical applications in cancer treatment and genome editing strategies.
