Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C14orf104, located on chromosome 14, is a gene that encodes a protein of unknown function, which has garnered attention for its potential roles in cellular processes and disease mechanisms. Research into C14orf104 protein has been driven by its expression patterns in various tissues and its potential implications in cancer and other pathologies. Preliminary studies suggest that C14orf104 may participate in cellular signaling pathways, and alterations in its expression could be associated with tumor progression and the response to therapies. The recombinant production of C14orf104 protein is crucial for elucidating its structure and function, facilitating high-throughput screening for interaction partners, and determining its molecular mechanisms. Through techniques such as gene cloning, expression in suitable host systems, and purification protocols, researchers aim to generate functional recombinant proteins that can be employed in biochemical assays and structural studies. Understanding C14orf104 at the molecular level could unveil new insights into its biological roles, thereby providing potential avenues for therapeutic intervention in diseases where it is implicated.
