Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PRDM13 is a member of the PRDM family of proteins, characterized by the presence of a PR/SET domain, and plays a critical role in various biological processes, particularly in development and differentiation. Recent studies have highlighted its significance in embryonic stem cell regulation and neural lineage commitment, suggesting that PRDM13 might be involved in key pathways governing cell fate decisions. Additionally, research indicates that PRDM13 may function as a transcriptional regulator, influencing gene expression patterns during the early stages of development. Abnormal expression or dysfunction of PRDM13 has been linked to several developmental disorders and could potentially play a role in tumorigenesis. Investigating the recombinant protein of PRDM13 allows researchers to explore its structural and functional properties, offering insights into its mechanistic roles in cellular processes. As the understanding of PRDM13 continues to evolve, elucidating its interactions and regulatory networks will be crucial for uncovering its implications in both normal physiology and disease states, making it a valuable target for further research in developmental biology and cancer therapeutics.
