  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

C13orf22, also known as chromosome 13 open reading frame 22, has emerged as a protein of interest in recent genetic and biomedical research due to its potential role in various physiological and pathological processes. Located on chromosome 13, C13orf22 is speculated to be involved in immune response regulation and may have links to neurodevelopmental disorders. Studies suggest that mutations or dysregulations in this gene could contribute to certain autoimmune diseases and neurological conditions, prompting scientists to explore its functional properties. The recombination and expression of C13orf22 in various cellular systems have become a key strategy for elucidating its biological functions and the mechanisms by which it may influence cellular pathways. This is particularly relevant in the context of understanding its role in the immune system and the potential implications for therapies targeting autoimmune diseases. Furthermore, the study of its protein structure and interactions may reveal critical insights into its functionality and involvement in disease mechanisms. Overall, research on C13orf22 is paving the way for greater understanding of its significance in health and disease, highlighting the need for further investigations into its biological implications and potential as a therapeutic target.
