Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PRAM-1, or the Phosphorylation Regulating Activator of Monocyte 1, is a key protein involved in various cellular processes, including inflammation, immune response, and cell signaling. Research into PRAM-1 has gained traction due to its potential role in modulating immune functions, particularly in the context of autoimmune diseases and chronic inflammatory conditions. As a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNFR) superfamily, PRAM-1 is believed to interact with various signaling pathways, influencing the activation and differentiation of immune cells. Studies have shown that the dysregulation of PRAM-1 expression or function can lead to altered inflammatory responses, making it a target of interest for therapeutic interventions. Understanding the structure and dynamics of PRAM-1, particularly through the study of recombinant forms of the protein, offers insights into its functional mechanisms and potential roles in disease. Researchers have been exploring PRAM-1's association with disease markers, cellular signaling cascades, and its interactions with other proteins to uncover its comprehensive biological functions. This research is crucial not only for elucidating the fundamental biology of PRAM-1 but also for developing novel treatments aimed at modulating immune responses in various pathological conditions. Overall, PRAM-1 represents a promising subject for ongoing research in the fields of immunology and molecular medicine.
