稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PRAMEF12, a member of the PRAME (Preferentially Expressed Antigen in Melanoma) family, has garnered interest in cancer research due to its potential role in tumor immunity and proliferation. This gene is located on chromosome 22 and is known to be preferentially expressed in various malignancies, particularly melanoma, where it has been linked to tumor growth and immune evasion. The study of PRAMEF12 recombinant protein offers insights into its functional roles and mechanisms in cancer biology, including its potential as a biomarker for tumor progression or a target for immunotherapy. Researchers are investigating the unique characteristics and immunogenic properties of PRAMEF12, aiming to understand how this protein interacts with immune cells and influences tumor microenvironments. By elucidating the biological functions and pathways associated with PRAMEF12, scientists hope to leverage this protein in developing novel therapeutic strategies aimed at enhancing anti-tumor immunity and improving patient outcomes in cancer treatment. The ongoing exploration of PRAMEF12 may also contribute to the broader understanding of tumor-associated antigens and their application in personalized medicine. As advances in recombinant protein technology continue, the generation and characterization of PRAMEF12 may pave the way for innovative approaches in cancer immunotherapy, ultimately enhancing the efficacy of treatments and offering new hope for patients battling malignancies.
