稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C13orf1, also known as the "Chromosome 13 Open Reading Frame 1," is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 13 and has gained attention in recent years due to its potential role in various biological processes and diseases. Research suggests that C13orf1 may be involved in cellular functions such as cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis, which are crucial for maintaining normal physiological conditions. Notably, changes in expression levels of C13orf1 have been linked to several types of cancer, indicating its possible role as a biomarker or therapeutic target. Furthermore, studies have indicated that C13orf1 may interact with other key proteins and signaling pathways, highlighting its significance in cellular signaling networks. The recombinant protein studies of C13orf1 aim to elucidate its specific functions and interactions at the molecular level, providing insights that could pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies. Understanding the structure and function of C13orf1 may also contribute to the development of diagnostic tools for diseases associated with its dysregulation, thus reinforcing the importance of ongoing research in this area.
