Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PPPDE1, or Protein Phosphatase 2C Like Protein, has garnered attention in the field of molecular biology due to its essential role in cellular signaling pathways and stress responses. This protein is part of the protein phosphatase family, which is involved in the dephosphorylation of serine and threonine residues on target proteins, thereby regulating various physiological processes such as cell growth, division, and apoptosis. The study of PPPDE1 is particularly significant in understanding its implications in various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, as alterations in phosphorylation states can lead to dysregulated signaling pathways. Researchers have focused on the potential of PPPDE1 as a therapeutic target, aiming to elucidate its structure, function, and interaction with other cellular components. By generating recombinant PPPDE1, scientists can investigate its enzymatic activity and regulatory mechanisms in detail. This research not only aims to clarify the biological roles of PPPDE1 but also seeks to explore its potential applications in drug development and therapeutic interventions, paving the way for innovative treatments for diseases associated with protein phosphatase dysregulation.
