Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
REXO4, a member of the RNA exonuclease family, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its pivotal role in RNA metabolism and gene regulation. Research on REXO4 has revealed its involvement in mRNA decay, processing, and surveillance pathways, making it crucial for maintaining cellular homeostasis. Abnormalities in REXO4 expression and function have been linked to various diseases, including cancer, where altered RNA metabolism can contribute to oncogenesis and tumor progression. Recent studies have employed advanced techniques such as CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing and high-throughput sequencing to elucidate REXO4's mechanistic functions and interactions with other RNA-binding proteins. These investigations aim to decipher the complex regulatory networks orchestrated by REXO4 and its potential as a therapeutic target. Understanding the precise role of REXO4 in RNA dynamics not only enhances our knowledge of fundamental cellular processes but also paves the way for innovative approaches in disease treatment and biotechnology applications. The growing body of evidence surrounding REXO4 underscores its significance in cell biology and opens avenues for further exploration in various research domains.
