Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C11orf68, also known as the coiled-coil domain-containing protein 68, has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential role in various physiological and pathological processes. Initially identified through genomic sequencing, this gene's product has been implicated in cellular functions such as signal transduction, cytoskeletal organization, and cell division. Research has suggested that C11orf68 may play a crucial role in the development of specific tissues and has been associated with certain neurodevelopmental disorders. Recent studies have focused on the recombinant expression of C11orf68 to better understand its structure-function relationship and to explore its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. The generation of recombinant C11orf68 protein allows for detailed biochemical characterization, enabling the investigation of its interactions with other cellular proteins and its functional implications. Advancements in protein expression systems, such as E. coli and mammalian cell lines, have facilitated the production and purification of this protein, paving the way for further studies. Understanding C11orf68’s biological roles could provide insights into its contribution to health and disease, revealing the underlying mechanisms that govern its function in cellular processes. As such, C11orf68 is of great interest within the fields of molecular biology and medical research, providing a potential avenue for developing novel therapeutic strategies for diseases linked to its dysregulation.
