Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DPT (Diphtheria, Pertussis, and Tetanus) recombinant protein research stems from the need to develop safer and more effective vaccines against these diseases, which have caused significant morbidity and mortality worldwide. Traditional vaccines, while effective, often rely on inactivated pathogens or toxoids that can have limitations in terms of safety and immune response variability. Recombinant protein technology offers a promising alternative by allowing the production of specific antigens responsible for eliciting immune responses without the risk associated with whole pathogens. This approach also enables the possibility of combining multiple antigens into a single vaccine, potentially enhancing immunogenicity and providing broader protection. Research in this field focuses on the genetic engineering of microbial systems to express these targeted protein antigens, optimizing their structure and purity, and evaluating their efficacy in preclinical and clinical studies. The shift to recombinant vaccine platforms is focused not only on improving safety profiles but also on increasing the stability and shelf-life of vaccines, which is particularly critical in low-resource settings. As such, DPT recombinant protein research represents a significant advancement in immunology, aiming to contribute to the global efforts in controlling and preventing infectious diseases that remain public health challenges.
