Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SLFN12L ( schlafen 12-like) is a member of the schlafen family of proteins, which are involved in various cellular processes, including immune response and cellular differentiation. The gene encoding SLFN12L has been identified as playing a crucial role in the regulation of stress responses and may influence the cellular proliferation in various conditions, including cancer. Recent studies suggest that SLFN12L may have a role in antiviral responses, particularly in the context of viral infections, where it appears to mediate the innate immune response. Given its potential implications in health and disease, the recombinant expression of SLFN12L protein has garnered significant attention for its role in understanding immune mechanisms and developing therapeutic strategies. Research focusing on the characterization and functional analysis of SLFN12L recombinant protein can provide insights into its biological functions and interactions with other cellular components. Additionally, elucidating the mechanisms by which SLFN12L modulates immune signaling pathways can enhance our understanding of its potential as a target for therapeutic intervention in immune-related disorders and viral infections. This research not only contributes to the fundamental knowledge of the schlafen family but also holds promise for future applications in biotechnology and medicine. By investigating the properties of SLFN12L, scientists aim to unlock its therapeutic potential and assess its roles in various biological contexts. As such, SLFN12L represents an important molecule in the field of immunology and a promising candidate for further research and development.
