Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PPAN-P2RY11 is a recombinant protein that has garnered attention in the research community due to its potential implications in various biological processes and diseases. PPAN, an RNA-binding protein, is known to play a crucial role in the regulation of gene expression and cell proliferation, while P2RY11, a member of the purinergic receptor family, is involved in immune response and inflammation. The fusion of these two proteins into a recombinant construct allows researchers to explore their synergistic effects and functional dynamics. Given that abnormalities in the pathways governed by these proteins may contribute to disorders such as cancer and autoimmune diseases, understanding the structure and function of the PPAN-P2RY11 fusion protein can provide insights into therapeutic targets. Furthermore, studies on this recombinant protein can help elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying cell signaling pathways influenced by purinergic receptors and RNA-binding proteins. As research progresses, the potential of PPAN-P2RY11 may extend to applications in targeted drug delivery, biomarker discovery, and the development of innovative therapeutic strategies. Thus, the investigation of PPAN-P2RY11 not only enhances our comprehension of cellular mechanisms but also opens avenues for novel biomedical applications.
