Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C10orf90, also known as the candidate gene for various neurologic conditions, has garnered attention in the field of molecular biology due to its potential role in the development and functioning of the nervous system. Research suggests that this gene may be implicated in processes such as neuronal differentiation and synaptic plasticity. Understanding its precise function and the mechanisms by which it contributes to neuropathologies can provide valuable insights into diseases like autism spectrum disorders and intellectual disabilities. To further investigate the biological roles of C10orf90, the production of recombinant C10orf90 protein has become a significant focus. This approach involves the expression of the gene in suitable host systems, allowing for the purification and characterization of the protein. Subsequently, researchers can perform various assays to analyze its biochemical properties, interactions with other proteins, and functional significance within cellular models. Such studies are crucial in elucidating the pathways associated with C10orf90 and may pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies targeting related neurological disorders. Thus, the investigation into C10orf90, through recombinant protein technologies, holds promise in advancing our understanding of its contributions to human health and disease.
