Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BTBD3 (BTB/POZ domain-containing protein 3) is a member of the BTB protein family, which is known for its involvement in various cellular processes, including transcriptional regulation, protein-protein interactions, and cell signaling. Research on BTBD3 has gained significant attention due to its potential roles in diseases such as cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Notably, BTBD3 has been implicated in the regulation of cell cycle and apoptosis, suggesting its importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis. The ability to study BTBD3 as a recombinant protein provides valuable insights into its structure-function relationships and interactions with other cellular components. Understanding these interactions can elucidate its biological roles and potential as a therapeutic target. Recent studies have focused on the expression and purification of BTBD3 using recombinant DNA technology, enabling functional assays and structural analyses. As a result, BTBD3 is emerging as a crucial factor in the study of molecular mechanisms underlying various pathological conditions, making it a promising subject for future research aimed at therapeutic development.
