Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PLEKHJ1, a member of the pleckstrin homology domain-containing protein family, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its potential roles in various cellular processes, including signal transduction, cytoskeletal organization, and membrane trafficking. Research has shown that PLEKHJ1 is implicated in several critical biological functions, such as immune response, neuronal activity, and cell migration. Additionally, studies have highlighted its association with certain diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, underscoring its importance in both normal physiology and pathological conditions. The reconstitution of PLEKHJ1 as a recombinant protein serves as a valuable approach to elucidate its structural characteristics and functional mechanisms. By generating a pure form of PLEKHJ1, researchers can perform comprehensive biochemical and biophysical analyses, facilitating the exploration of its interactions with other proteins and lipids. Moreover, understanding the nuances of PLEKHJ1's role in signaling pathways may uncover novel therapeutic targets for disease intervention. Current research endeavors are increasingly focusing on the protein's regulatory mechanisms and its potential as a biomarker for various health conditions, paving the way for innovative treatments and diagnostics. Overall, the study of PLEKHJ1 through recombinant protein techniques is crucial for advancing our knowledge of its biological significance and therapeutic potential.
