  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

PLEKHH3 is a member of the pleckstrin homology domain-containing protein family, known to be involved in various cellular processes such as cytoskeletal organization, signal transduction, and membrane trafficking. Research on PLEKHH3 has gained traction due to its potential role in modulating processes crucial for development and disease, including cancer progression and immune response. Studies have suggested that PLEKHH3 may be implicated in the regulation of cell motility and polarized cell growth, making it a promising target for therapeutic intervention. Recent advancements in recombinant protein technology have facilitated the production of PLEKHH3, allowing researchers to explore its biochemical properties and interactions in greater detail. Investigating the functional mechanisms of PLEKHH3 through recombinant proteins can provide insights into its specific roles in cellular biology and its potential as a biomarker or target in disease states. This research could significantly enhance our understanding of the molecular underpinnings of various pathologies, paving the way for novel therapeutic strategies.
