稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PLEKHB1, a member of the Pleckstrin homology (PH) domain-containing protein family, has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential roles in various cellular processes, including cell signaling, cytoskeletal organization, and membrane trafficking. Initially identified in immune cells, studies suggest that PLEKHB1 may influence the function of immune responses and possibly play a role in inflammatory processes. Recent advancements in recombinant protein technology have enabled researchers to produce PLEKHB1 in sufficient quantities for functional studies. This has paved the way for investigations into its biochemical properties, interaction networks, and potential implications in diseases such as cancer and autoimmune disorders. Understanding the detailed mechanism of PLEKHB1 may reveal novel targets for therapeutic intervention and enhance the overall understanding of cellular dynamics in health and disease. As the field moves forward, further research involving the recombinant protein will be essential in elucidating PLEKHB1's roles in complex biological systems.
