稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The A27L protein, derived from the vaccinia virus, has garnered significant attention in the field of virology and immunology due to its potential applications in vaccine development and therapeutic interventions. As a member of the viral complement control proteins, A27L plays a crucial role in modulating the host's immune response, allowing the virus to evade detection and destruction by the host's immune system. Research has shown that A27L can inhibit the activity of the complement system, which is a vital component of innate immunity that aids in the opsonization and lysis of pathogens. Understanding the mechanisms underlying A27L function could provide insights into viral pathogenesis and immune evasion strategies. Moreover, this protein serves as a promising candidate for the design of novel vaccines, particularly in the context of using live-attenuated viruses. By incorporating A27L into vaccine platforms, researchers aim to enhance immunogenicity while potentially reducing the risk of adverse immune reactions. Studies investigating the structural and functional aspects of A27L, along with its interactions with host components, are essential for unraveling its role in the immune landscape and for optimizing its application in clinical settings. The growing body of evidence regarding A27L's immune-modulatory properties underscores its relevance in both fundamental research and translational medicine, making it a focal point for future studies aimed at combating viral infections.
