Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BCL9L (B-cell CLL/lymphoma 9-like) is a critical protein involved in the Wnt signaling pathway, which plays a vital role in cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, and stem cell maintenance. Dysregulation of Wnt signaling has been implicated in various diseases, including cancers, making BCL9L an important focus of study for therapeutic interventions. The protein functions as a transcriptional co-activator, enhancing the activity of β-catenin, a key effector in Wnt signaling. Recent studies have highlighted BCL9L's potential role in promoting tumorigenesis, particularly in colorectal cancer, where its expression correlates with poor prognosis. Moreover, BCL9L has been associated with the regulation of epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT), a process critical for cancer metastasis. Understanding the molecular mechanisms of BCL9L through recombinant protein studies can provide insights into its interactions and functions, potentially leading to novel cancer therapies. Researchers aim to characterize BCL9L through recombinant expression systems, allowing for detailed biochemical and structural analyses. This research is crucial for identifying how BCL9L modulates Wnt signaling and its implications in oncogenesis, thereby paving the way for future drug development targeting this pathway. Overall, the study of BCL9L and its recombinant protein forms holds promise in understanding cancer biology and developing innovative therapeutic strategies.
