稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PCSK6, or proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 6, is a member of the proprotein convertase family that plays a crucial role in the post-translational processing of various precursor proteins, including hormones, neuropeptides, and growth factors. This enzyme is involved in the activation of several proteins critical for physiological processes such as metabolism, reproduction, and cell signaling. Recent studies have highlighted its significance in various diseases, including obesity, diabetes, and certain cancers, suggesting that PCSK6 may serve as a potential therapeutic target. The recombinant production of PCSK6 protein has gained attention for its importance in understanding the enzyme's function and mechanisms. By generating this protein in a controlled environment, researchers can study its enzymatic activity, substrate specificity, and potential interactions with inhibitors or modulators. Furthermore, the availability of recombinant PCSK6 enables the exploration of its role in cellular pathways and disease progression, facilitating the development of novel therapeutic strategies. Overall, the investigation of PCSK6 recombinant protein not only enhances our understanding of its biological significance but also opens avenues for targeted drug development, making it a focal point in the fields of biochemistry and molecular medicine.
