Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The research on Igg-2a recombinant proteins is primarily driven by the need to understand and manipulate the immune response in various therapeutic and diagnostic applications. Immunoglobulin G (IgG) is a key antibody class involved in the human immune system, with the IgG2a subclass being particularly important in mouse models for studying immune responses due to its unique ability to activate complement and mediate antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity. The recombinant expression of IgG2a proteins allows researchers to investigate their structure-function relationships, enhance their therapeutic efficacy, and explore their roles in disease models. Advances in genetic engineering and expression systems have facilitated the production of these proteins in a cost-effective and efficient manner, enabling the exploration of their potential in vaccine development, cancer immunotherapy, and autoimmune disease treatments. Additionally, the study of Igg-2a recombinant proteins contributes to the understanding of antibody diversity and specificity, paving the way for the development of engineered antibodies with improved properties for clinical applications.
