Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CRSP3 (also known as Coactivator-Associated Arginine Methyltransferase 3) is a vital coactivator that plays a significant role in gene regulation, particularly in the context of steroid receptor signaling and other transcriptional processes. Its involvement in the methylation of arginine residues on histones and other proteins suggests that CRSP3 is crucial for modulating chromatin structure and function. Dysregulation of CRSP3 has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, where it can influence tumor progression and response to therapies. Consequently, understanding the structure and function of CRSP3, particularly in its role as a methyltransferase, is essential for uncovering novel therapeutic targets. Research on recombinant CRSP3 focuses on elucidating its enzymatic mechanisms, substrate specificity, and interaction with other co-factors in the transcriptional machinery. This can provide insights into its functional diversity and the potential consequences of its dysregulation in pathophysiological conditions. Furthermore, recombinant forms of CRSP3 can be utilized in biochemical assays and drug discovery efforts, thereby contributing to the development of new strategies to modulate its activity for therapeutic benefits. As such, the study of CRSP3 not only enhances our understanding of fundamental biological processes but also holds promise for innovative interventions in diseases characterized by aberrant gene expression.
