Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PHTF2 (Plant Homeodomain Transcription Factor 2) is a key regulatory protein implicated in various biological processes, including plant development and stress responses. Characterized by its distinct conserved domains, PHTF2 plays a crucial role in modulating gene expression by influencing chromatin structure and transcriptional activity. Recent studies have demonstrated its involvement in the regulation of flowering time, meristem identity, and response to abiotic stresses, thereby highlighting its significance in plant adaptability. The understanding of PHTF2 is further enhanced by its interactions with other transcription factors and signaling pathways, which orchestrates a complex network essential for plant growth and environmental resilience. Given the increasing challenges posed by climate change and food security, exploring PHTF2's molecular mechanisms can provide valuable insights into improving crop traits and engineering stress-tolerant varieties. The research on PHTF2 recombinant protein focuses on elucidating its functional roles and regulatory mechanisms, utilizing advanced molecular biology techniques such as CRISPR/Cas9, RNA-seq, and proteomics. This comprehensive investigation aims to unlock the potential of PHTF2 in agricultural biotechnology and optimize plant performance under changing environmental conditions, marking a significant step towards sustainable agricultural practices.
