Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PHTF1, or P53-transactivated gene 1, is a protein that has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its potential role in tumorigenesis and cellular regulation. Research indicates that PHTF1 is involved in various cellular processes, including cell cycle regulation, apoptosis, and DNA damage response. Dysregulation of PHTF1 expression can contribute to the development of various cancers, making it a critical focus within oncology research. The protein is believed to interact with the p53 tumor suppressor pathway, further underscoring its relevance in tumor biology. Moreover, studies suggest that PHTF1 may serve as a biomarker for certain malignancies, providing insights into tumor progression and patient prognosis. Investigating the biochemical properties and functional pathways involving PHTF1 could potentially lead to novel therapeutic strategies aimed at manipulating its activity for cancer treatment or prevention. As the understanding of PHTF1's role continues to evolve, ongoing research is expected to yield valuable information regarding its mechanisms of action and implications in human health and disease.
