Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PHOX2A, a member of the paired-like homeobox protein family, plays a crucial role in the development and maturation of the autonomic nervous system, including the peripheral and central nervous systems. Mutations or dysregulation of PHOX2A have been implicated in several neurological disorders, making it a significant target for research. Recent studies have focused on the production of recombinant PHOX2A protein to better understand its structural and functional properties. This recombinant protein enables researchers to investigate the interactions between PHOX2A and its target genes, as well as its role in neuronal differentiation and tissue specificity. The availability of PHOX2A in a purified form also aids in exploring its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in diseases associated with autonomic dysfunction. Understanding the molecular mechanisms through which PHOX2A exerts its effects can inform the development of novel strategies for treating related disorders, highlighting the importance of continued research in this area.
