Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
YAE1D1, also known as Yae1-like protein 1, plays a critical role in various biological processes, including cellular stress response and DNA repair mechanisms. Its significance has gained attention due to its potential implications in the fields of cancer research and genetic disorders. YAE1D1 is part of a larger family of proteins that are involved in regulating cellular functions and maintaining genomic stability. The study of YAE1D1 is particularly important as it may contribute to the understanding of underlying molecular mechanisms associated with tumorigenesis and the resilience of cancer cells to therapeutic interventions. Researchers are increasingly focusing on the recombinant expression of YAE1D1 to investigate its structure-function relationships and interactions with other cellular proteins. This research aims to unravel how YAE1D1 influences cellular pathways and may hold therapeutic potential for targeting dysregulated processes in diseases. By utilizing techniques such as gene cloning, protein purification, and structural analysis, scientists strive to elucidate the role of YAE1D1 in health and disease, paving the way for innovative approaches in the treatment of conditions linked to this protein. Understanding YAE1D1's function can not only enhance our knowledge of cell biology but also aid in the development of novel strategies for combating cancer and other disorders that stem from its dysfunction.
