Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
AYP1 is a recombinant protein that has gained attention due to its potential roles in various biological processes, particularly in the context of yeast and fungal research. As a key player in cellular signaling and metabolic pathways, AYP1 has been implicated in stress response mechanisms, contributing to our understanding of how cells adapt to adverse conditions. Research on AYP1 often focuses on its structure-function relationships, as well as its interactions with other cellular components, which can reveal insights into its biological significance. The expression of AYP1 as a recombinant protein allows for detailed biochemical and biophysical studies, facilitating the investigation of its mechanism of action. Furthermore, understanding AYP1’s function can have broader implications in biotechnology and medicine, particularly in the development of therapeutic strategies targeting fungal infections or improving stress resistance in agricultural crops. As researchers continue to explore the diverse roles of AYP1, its study stands at the intersection of fundamental science and applied research, highlighting the importance of basic biochemical research in addressing real-world challenges.
