Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
AXIN1 (Axis inhibition protein 1) is a crucial component of the Wnt signaling pathway, which plays a significant role in regulating various cellular processes such as development, cell proliferation, and apoptosis. Aberrations in Wnt signaling have been implicated in numerous diseases, including cancer, making AXIN1 a molecule of great interest in biomedical research. The study of AXIN1 recombinant protein is essential for understanding its structural and functional properties, as well as its interactions with other signaling molecules. Recombination techniques allow for the production of modified versions of the AXIN1 protein that can provide insights into its mechanism of action and potential therapeutic applications. Research focusing on its protein structure can reveal binding sites and functional domains crucial for its role as a scaffold in the β-catenin destruction complex. Additionally, investigating AXIN1’s interactions with other proteins, such as GSK3β and β-catenin, can elucidate how it mediates signal transduction and affects gene expression. By studying AXIN1 within the broader context of the Wnt signaling pathway, researchers aim to identify new targets for intervention in Wnt-related pathologies, enhancing the potential for developing novel therapeutic strategies. In summary, AXIN1 recombinant protein research is pivotal for advancing our understanding of cellular signaling mechanisms and developing targeted treatments for various diseases, especially cancers associated with Wnt signaling dysregulation.
