Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PHF21B (PHD finger protein 21B) is a member of the PHD-finger family of proteins, known for their roles in chromatin remodeling and transcriptional regulation. Research has highlighted its importance in various cellular processes, including gene expression modulation and developmental regulation. Abnormalities in PHF21B expression have been associated with several diseases, particularly in neurodevelopmental disorders and certain cancers, making it a significant target for therapeutic investigation. The protein is characterized by its unique structural features, including PHD and Tudor domains, which facilitate interactions with histones and other regulatory proteins. Recent studies have focused on the functional implications of PHF21B in disease contexts, aiming to elucidate its mechanisms of action and potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. Recombining the PHF21B protein allows researchers to study its specific functions, post-translational modifications, and structural characteristics in vitro. Understanding PHF21B's biological role and regulatory networks can provide insights into its contribution to cellular homeostasis and disease pathogenesis, paving the way for new treatment strategies. Therefore, research on recombinant PHF21B not only enhances our knowledge of epigenetic regulation but also holds promise for addressing various pathological conditions linked to its dysfunction.
