Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
AVP (Arginine Vasopressin) is a peptide hormone primarily involved in regulating water balance and blood pressure in the human body. It plays a significant role in the body's response to osmotic stress and has been implicated in various physiological and pathological processes, including cardiovascular health, fluid retention, and stress response. Recent studies have highlighted the importance of AVP not only in endocrine functions but also in its potential influence on neurobehavioral disorders, thereby generating interest in its therapeutic applications. The recombination and expression of AVP as a recombinant protein have become critical areas of research, as this enables detailed studies of its structure-function relationships and the development of AVP-based therapeutics. By utilizing modern biotechnological approaches, researchers aim to produce AVP effectively in microbial or cell-based systems, which can facilitate large-scale production for both research and clinical use. This work lays the foundation for novel insights into AVP's role in human health and disease, and paves the way for potential interventions in conditions such as diabetes insipidus, heart failure, and anxiety disorders. Understanding the molecular mechanisms and interactions of AVP at a protein level could lead to innovative treatment strategies and enhance our comprehension of hormonal regulation and its impacts on various bodily systems.
