稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PBDX, or Progestin-Binding Domain X, is a recombinant protein that has garnered significant attention in biological research due to its potential applications in understanding hormone signaling and related diseases. Progestins, synthetic hormones mimicking progesterone, play critical roles in various physiological processes, including reproduction, immune function, and cancer progression. Disruptions in progestin signaling can lead to conditions such as endometriosis, breast cancer, and other reproductive disorders. Studying PBDX aids researchers in elucidating the mechanisms of hormone-receptor interactions and the downstream effects of progestin activity in cells. The recombinant nature of PBDX allows for the generation of large quantities of the protein, facilitating experimental manipulation and characterization. This research has implications for developing therapeutic strategies targeting progestin pathways, thus contributing to more effective treatments for hormone-related diseases. Additionally, PBDX serves as a valuable tool for screening potential drug candidates and understanding the pharmacodynamics of progestins, paving the way for innovative solutions in reproductive health and oncology. As research progresses, the insights gained from PBDX studies are poised to enhance our understanding of hormone biology and improve clinical outcomes for patients affected by hormone-sensitive conditions.
