Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PHF15, or PHD-finger protein 15, is part of a larger family of proteins that possess PHD (plant homeodomain) fingers, which are known for their role in interacting with histone tails and modulating chromatin dynamics. This protein has garnered attention in cancer research due to its potential involvement in epigenetic regulation and gene expression. Studies suggest that PHF15 may play a critical role in cellular differentiation and proliferation, as well as in the maintenance of stem cell characteristics. Moreover, its aberrant expression has been linked to various malignancies, making it a potential biomarker and therapeutic target. Investigating the recombinant forms of PHF15 allows researchers to explore its functional domains, binding interactions, and structural properties, contributing to a better understanding of its biological roles and the underlying mechanisms of its involvement in disease. By elucidating the characteristics of PHF15 through recombinant protein studies, scientists aim to unlock new avenues for cancer treatment and further clarify the complexities of epigenetic regulation in cellular processes.
