Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
WBP2 (Wnt pathway signaling pathway regulator 2) is a protein that has garnered significant attention in the field of molecular biology due to its pivotal role in the regulation of the Wnt signaling pathway, which is crucial for various cellular processes including proliferation, differentiation, and embryonic development. Dysregulation of Wnt signaling has been implicated in numerous diseases, particularly cancer, as it influences tumor growth and metastasis. Researchers are investigating WBP2's structure and function, aiming to understand how it interacts with other proteins within this signaling cascade and its potential as a therapeutic target. The recombinant expression of WBP2 is essential for dissecting its biological functions and for utilizing it in high-throughput screening assays. Producing WBP2 as a recombinant protein allows for detailed biochemical and functional studies to elucidate its role in normal physiology and in disease contexts. Furthermore, understanding WBP2's interactions may facilitate the development of novel strategies to modulate Wnt signaling pathways, thus offering innovative therapeutic avenues for cancer treatment and other diseases linked to Wnt signaling dysregulation. As research evolves, the characterization of WBP2’s molecular interactions and its broader implications in health and disease continue to be an essential focus, promising insights that could translate into clinical applications.
