Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ASZ1 (asparagine synthetase-related protein 1) is a protein that has garnered interest in the field of molecular biology due to its potential roles in cellular processes such as neurodevelopment, neuronal signaling, and synaptic plasticity. Research has shown that ASZ1 may be involved in various pathophysiological conditions, including neurodegenerative diseases and psychiatric disorders. The protein is thought to interact with proteins involved in the formation and maintenance of synapses, which are crucial for effective neuronal communication. Recombination and expression studies of ASZ1 have aimed to elucidate its functional mechanisms, investigate its interaction partners, and explore its potential as a therapeutic target. Given its implications in brain function and potential links to disease, ASZ1 represents an important focus of research for understanding both normal neurological processes and the underlying mechanisms of disorders. The generation of recombinant ASZ1 protein has facilitated detailed biochemical analyses, helping to uncover its molecular properties and interactions within the cellular environment, ultimately contributing to the broader understanding of neurobiology and disease pathology.
